My third Sawtooth Relay--a 60 mile team run from Stanley, ID to Ketchum. In order to assure an early start (with lots of time to drink beer at the end of the race), I agreed to take the early start of 5:30 a.m. Not too bad, but it got colder as the morning went on.
Fun race though. My first STR was in 1997 when it was Stanley to Boise. The race to Ketchum is more fun, and not near as exhausting.
